There are a couple specialized job boards in the industry i want to work in, fortunately. Unfortunately I am still unemployed

 

I’ve had a really good success rate on Indeed if they have the screener assessment attached to it. I can think of 2 or 3 times I’ve gotten to talk to a recruiter almost immediately after doing that as opposed to just going into the black box and never hearing back

 

Also @Randall Mentzos - I would check to make sure your resume is ATS friendly. Some people go way too hard with their resume and both look psychotic, and ensure any of the automated process will never see them.

Nah it’s one page but it’s kinda overly simple? Doesn’t have the neat colored squares and shit, it’s kinda more like an old style resume?

There’s probably a point where my resume will be 2 pages, but even now after 10 years of experience or so, if I spill onto a second page, that just means I’m not being concise enough

 

Never use color or images on resumes.

 

Yeah keep it one page unless you somehow have a TON of experience and also depending on what field you’re in.
