We'll see what happens. I indicated I know what they were paying the person doing job 3 before laying them off, and that the salary I requested + if I hit 100% of my bonuses would equal just their base, so it's still a really good deal for them.

 

my annual review self-eval gonna take me 10 seconds this year. Gonna check every exceeds expectations and offer no justification.

they made it clear to my boss they aren't giving me even annual raises anymore so why bother trying
