At one of the agencies I worked at we would have events that were open bar. And then an unpaid intern ordered like 3 glasses of 21 year old single malt scotch and they had to stop the open bars. Everyone was pissed at the intern, I was very impressed haha

They're not gonna fire me for it, they're just gonna not give it to me.

My argument was basically:

You guys hired me for job 1 which has X salary. All of my raises since then have been based on X salary. Meanwhile you have also added on job 2 and job 3, both of which are more valuable positions than job 1, and average Y salary. I would like to have my salary corrected to Y for this fiscal year, and then have all future raises based off that.
