Any chance a team offers Burns since he’s on the non-exclusive tag?

 

I mean, if they were willing to give up 2 1sts and a 2nd a couple years back...you'd think maybe.

But its tough to give up that kinda value AND a #1 LB level contract vs going and getting one of the guys whos 90-95% as good, cost less in $$, and also cost no picks (Hunter, etc)

They submitted an offer sheet for him last year but the Bills matched.

I really wish they would stop signing G/C guys and just sign an actual center though.

 

I mean, its worse, because they also trade a 1st and a 2nd to get Sean Payton to make that first move pay off...and it very obviously didnt. And now Sean Payton has to get them to the playoffs in the next 2 years or they're gonna be so, so fucked as a franchise.

I totally agree it turned out terribly and Seattle gave up way too much. I don't think it was one of the worst of all time when you consider the above Wilson saga, or the Deshaun situation though.

 

But I know how you feel about Adams haha. I feel that way now too.
