Love my man Steve. He gambles on sports every single day and has not ever watched one sport in his life.

He also is super anti social (except will talk to me for hours) and works in office, but when an event is taking place he takes the day off. A king

This week is gonna suck

have to look at some inventory trends and to prep for a meeting with a fuel parts vendor we're going to try and use as 3rd party labor/storage

have to also schedule and have that meeting

I have a new guy starting tomorrow, have to get him set up and trained well enough to send him to Georgia on his own next week

and personally, I've gotta figure out what to do about this new dog in my garage

 

and physical therapy twice this week, I have to leave work early for it but that's more annoying now that I have work to do

 

I've explicitly told Kelsey that if she even thinks about a name for that dog she can't tell me. When we rescued Debbie, we took her to the animal shelter first because she was clearly very hurt, and Kelsey was like "her name is Debbie, I know it" smh

 

congrats on the 3rd dog pal

 

I've had a few coworkers like this and they are so entertaining

 

Phil has historically not done well around dogs larger than him, plus we have the cat. It won't work

yeah got Phil about 6 years ago (someone on facebook was just giving him away - he allegedly attacked their daugther's FFA rabbit)

rescued Debbie from a yard down the road from us late july or early august last year, technically we're still "fostering" her but the rescue we were working with isn't really keeping up with her, they typically deal with dogs in much worse shape/older dogs

and we have a cat named Turtle that predates my relationship with Kelsey

Future Farmers of America, basically Agriculture Club. I'm no expert but I guess students in the club raise/show off farm animals, I'm sure they do other stuff too though

it was very much Not For Me, even with growing up in a small town in Oklahoma

 

yeah it was big here since we lived in the Amish capital of the US. some interesting folks
