I was having to bridge my back on the table and I legit thought “there’s a lot more pelvic thrusting than I anticipated”

 

Basically I was the Email Marketer which has a pretty firm ceiling and I was there. The second job they gave me was a Marketing Ops role which has a much higher ceiling so I was excited for that knowing they weren't gonna adjust my salary for at least a year. The third job, Website Admin, was a complete surprise due to a layoff and they didn't really "ask" me to do it, they just kind of decided it was me.

since I got my house I went home and grabbed my sports cards that have been in the basement for like 20+ years, someone go through and find me big money ones

I did this last year after lugging my entire sports card collection from GA to WA and the boxes were just taking up space in my now smaller house, and my conclusion was basically, if they’re not still sealed/in mint condition, sort out the jersey cards/numbered cards and anything with sentimental value that you want to keep and offload everything else as a lot (especially if you’re a 90s baby and have a bunch of sports cards from that era, because they’re so overprinted that they are not worth a lot)

so now I just have a binder of baseball cards and a binder of football cards and that scratches the same itch without taking up the space

 

It was at an adult theater idk what was expected

hell yeah thanks for the advice, I think one weekend I might try and go through some of the binders I have (probably like three/four binders of them full, and "nicer" cards in some boxes in covers). I kinda skimmed through the separate cards and found a rookie randy moss and an MJ card that could be worth something. but now that is a whole other process of getting someone to look at them. honestly might just hold onto them for another ten or so years lol

 

sad to see him go down this path but we cant be surprised
