Coming back to this; as I drink my 3rd Dr Pepper Zero Cream Soda and whiskey (only because Im out of Costco vodka, which will probably be even better)....far and away the most useful thing I've gotten from this thread. Makes the tens of thousands of wasted posts worth it.

I watched the first episode tonight. Love it so far and on board with anything involving Hiroyuki

 

The Vikings are probably the team that should do it (if they cant resign Kirk)...cant get shit with the #11 pick at QB, and the trade up cost is insane. Whereas if you can find a Brock Osweiler style trade (Broncos eat some salary, get a mid-round pick), you can basically signing/roster bonus Wilson's money now that you cut him in 2025 for limited pain if he sucks...but have him under a fairly team friendly deal if he's even break even with Cousins. O'Connell is also getting fired after 2025 anyway if they have to develop whoever is there at #11 or a later pick.

The other two teams are kind of wild; the first is the Patriots, who likewise...I mean, just offer up Mac Jones in trade and let the Broncos eat salary, and then take Marvin Harrison Jr at #3. That + some FA/draft moves at WR/TE and you could have a way better offense.

But the one I'd almost like to see is the Bears if they dont have a favorite at #1. Trade out, get that Bryce Young trade value again (basically 3 1sts and 2 2nds)...trade Justin Fields to boot (again, a 1st or 2nd)...still have a top 5-7 pick (and #9) to trade into the spot to take a QB who isnt ready for 2024 anyway, and you let Russell Wilson start and be your pain sponge. Meanwhile, they'll have had I think 10-11 picks inside the top 100 in 2 drafts; and have another 6-7 picks inside the top 100 in the 2025 draft, and 2 1sts in 2026. If you cant turn all that into a dynasty, move the franchise.
