And honestly seeing spiffa’s homie’s situation reminds me that Zillow is always inflated. I still can’t afford NY obviously but his cool apartment is basically par or slightly less than par for what it would cost in DC. You really just can’t apartment shop through realtor-friendly websites if you’re trying to find bargains.

College coaches are basically the worst humans in sports on average...they'll kill a kid putting him a scissor lift in crazy winds, have other students doing all their players course work, and still skip out on that school for a big pay day even when they're routinely top 5-10 ranked. And then have the audacity to claim NIL is "pay to play"
