yeah I’ll have to look into it, I just have it set on autopay and never thought twice about it

 

I pay $65 for Verizon cell, includes a discount through job. not unlimited everything tho because i have no need for that since i work at home and am a hermit.

We do a family plan with my FIL and I think I pay $120 for the two of us.

 

Yeah ours is $160 with brand new phones at the time. They switched it up now so you can pick and choose what extra shit you want on your plan. Kind of nice

had US Cellular in high school (poor) and as soon as I was able to as an adult I switched to AT&T because I wanted an iPhone (US Cellular didn't have them at the time) but my dumbass got an iPhone 3GS in 2012, not realizing it was already old. I remember not being able to update to iOS 7 and it bummed me out

in like 2014 I wanted a new phone but I wasn't upgrade eligible so I paid full retail price for an iPhone 5S, and the stupid authorized retailer (not an AT&T corporate store) didn't carry my phone insurance over when I got it, so when I dropped it and it broke like 5 months later I was shit outta luck and went back to using my 3GSfor a few months

by then my best friend was working for AT&T and was like yeah dude you can get an upgrade, so I got a Galaxy S5. then a few months after THAT I started working for AT&T, making more than I knew what to do with, and my phone bill was basically cut in half, so I was super irresponsible and started adding new lines to my account when I wanted a new phone. like oh sick I'll get this Nexus 6, then I got like an iPhone 6, etc etc

 

it's 2024 and we're ragging on people for their phone carrier? come on

 

I pay $125 per month for me and my wife unlimited everything, + a mobile hotspot device.

 

ATT is a cell company i knew existed but only ever knew 1 person who actually used them. (not me ragging on anyone using them. just something i've experienced)

when I worked there AT&T was doing all kinds of weird shit to gain customers, like their digital life home security thing, and they bought directv, etc., to entice people to use AT&T

And I spaced my work pays for 100 dollars a month of my bill, so really 130

 

anyway my wife and I pay like $140 a month
