In May, we have our reviews where I get to make the case for a raise, so I've just been putting together all of the data ahead of time. No chance they're gonna get anywhere near that Glassdoor number, but I'm going in looking for a 25% raise so I need to show them while 25% sounds like a lot it's actually super reasonable comparatively.
