Anyway, @JoshIsMediocre physical therapy was a game changer for my back pain

 

I’ve gotten a referral but haven’t started appointments. I was hesitant because my copay is like $50 per session but, if it’s possibly something more severe, insurance likely won’t pay for an MRI until I’ve gone through PT I guess

 

all of the MCU shows that I've seen are bad except Loki which is okay.

 

yep was the same for me. Did PT, got an mri, got injections. PT and then actually keeping up with it at home is what helped. It’s expensive but worth it.

I actually do agree with the premise of it though, working for the wrong company can be a drain, when it's not the best fit for yourself or the company

And when you leave for a better fit it's very refreshing
