I don’t think Mahomes sniffs #2 yet. I think he gets there if he keeps up this level of play, but longevity matters in the GOAT conversation and idk how it’s possible to actually pass a 5x MVP and a 4x MVP and a guy with 4 rings (much less the dude who has more rings than he has seasons played) at 28 if he hasn’t actually bested any of those marks yet in his 6 full seasons

 

I would contend that Peyton's 2nd ring is fake as hell

played like 10 regular season games, got benched and/or hurt

 

and as discussed the other day, a co-mvp award? be serious

and the 2008 mvp award should also be fake

 

Also it's gotta be said: eye test matters and Mahomes's eye test is otherworldly compared to other top QBs

Yeah I think at the very least, "best" contributes to the resume of being "greatest" plenty. Not enough to top Brady in greatness, and MAYBE not Montana (yet) but when we start looking at like Brees and Peyton (and obviously Rodgers and lol Aikman) it's enough to me even if it might not be enough for others

 

I was watching yesterday and someone there mentioned "not wanting Mahomes to catch up to Brady" and I was like who cares? First off with Mahomes winning last night he still needs FIVE MORE to pass Brady lol - it is a ridiculous number that only Mahomes can do, but like, it is still so far away lol

Anyways fucks dealerships! They said I need $1,600 worth of shit for my car. Including just the front brakes/rotors for $388 when my buddy just got all 4 of his done for $350. Called a local mechanic I used once and am dropping my car off there next week for an estimate.

I bought my current car from a dealership used and without working AC. They said it would cost $2,000 to fix. I asked them to build the repair cost into the car payment and they refused. So I took the car to a small garage and that guy was like "oh this just needs freon" and charged me $250. I haven't been back to a dealership since then

 

Brady is the most accomplished QB of all time (for now) and Mahomes is the most talented QB of all time.
