Man the reason LeBron will never be my favorite over Jordan is like, 70% just the NBA being how it is right now

at least when Tom Brady would get every penalty he ever whined for, the game actually was protecting a more vulnerable player at least. Brady probably WOULD get killed in the earlier NFL Bradshaw & Montana played well in.

NBA is the opposite, LeBron is 6’9” and like 250 pounds, doesn’t need all these soft calls when he already has an enormous physical advantage, he should be getting the Zion treatment. Instead it enables one of the most gifted, scary large athletes of all time to play softer than Allen Iverson and be protected more than players much smaller than him.

 

tbf lebron got the zion treatment earlier in his career. refs had no idea how to call him bc he could get to the rim whenever he wanted and would get hacked
