I’m just going to use this opportunity to brag that I went to the beach in December and walked barefoot in the water, sat in zero traffic to and from the game, and had a luxury hotel room for $100 a night and a rental car for $25 a day.

I can’t do that anywhere else I’ve been to a football game. Jacksonville is nowhere near as bad as this thread memes it to be. It’s a fine small beach city if you don’t unfairly compare it to much bigger metro areas.

@JoshIsMediocre I can’t give you some miracle cure over the internet but if it’s really bothering you that badly, it wouldn’t hurt to try to find a PT in your area to at least take a look and they could give you some stretches, exercises, etc to help manage and reduce your symptoms.

Fortunately, most cases of back pain like yours resolve in about 2ish weeks. I know it sucks but it should start improving soon.
