What do you think the Patriots do with Michael Onwenu? I know he’s played multiple positions along the line. How has he been at tackle vs guard?

He's been very good at Right Tackle. I would prefer to bring him back but I have no idea what kind of blocking scheme AVP and Mayo wanna implement.

 

How has he been at guard? I’m curious because I’ve been thinking about if the Eagles might look into signing some in free agency to play right guard and I know he’s bounced around a few different positions along the line in NE

 

He's fine at either but I imagine he wants to get paid like a tackle.

 

Huff had 10 sacks as a situational player. He shouldn't be a secret. He's arguably the best situational pass rusher in the NFL.

If we can't tag and trade him, I guess I'll just have to be happy with a comp pick down the road.

 

I'll be pretty surprised if the Jets don't target him if he makes it to free agency. Same goes for Trent Brown.

Agreed. I'm not expecting the Eagles to sign an OT in free agency. He just caught my attention while I've been writing up my Eagles offseason plan given his versatility.

 

My hope is that they re-sign him. Would be good going into the offseason looking for only one OL starter and some depth.
