lol man I started a new franchise on madden yesterday and had it set to use the active rosters, turns out that means all of the players on IR are still there. So no Herbert or Burrow or anyone lol

Alex Smith Chiefs) >>> having 5 starting QBs in 5 years who are all supposed to be the answer (ie. 2018-2022 Colts) >= putting yourself in a scenario where you’re benching your new FA QB because you’re so scared of paying him injury guaranteed money (ie. Raiders, Matt Ryan Colts)

Here's something nice I'll say about Europe. France's laws regarding layoffs kick ass.

My French coworkers were included in the layoff but are still just working as usual. I guess they get a month's heads up beforehand or something like that.

 

My sister moved to the EU and does HR and sometimes tells me about the differences between there and here and it’s wild just how much more pro-worker their laws are than ours
