I think he’s a good OC, buts it’s kind of hard to gauge since stefanski is such a big part of the offense. Cleveland did win the one game he called plays though.

 

Covington I really like. He's been with the team but has been a fast riser and is on the HC track. He has been the DL coach the last few years, which has been by far our best unit.

Special teams guy isn't Joe Judge so I'm good.

Alex Van Pelt - I'm still deciding if I like. Positives: Seemed to be involved in the better Browns offenses with Baker/Chubb/Hunt, runs a west coast style, "relatable," Deshaun Watson hates him. Cons: He's def a journeyman, not seemingly bringing the new and improved version of the west coast offense with him
