i read it as, he wanted those shitty QBs, but totally whiffed on Flacco, who the Jets should’ve seen from 2020-2022 that he could still play. It’s embarrassing to have him on your roster already, get rid of him thinking he’s not better than your bust young QB and not worth keeping just in case… and then the Browns see what you didn’t see, pick him up off the street and make the playoffs, while the Jets come a few games away because of horrible QB play. That 100% is a damning criticism of Joe Douglas.

Sure. I understand thinking that’s lame but I’m not sure that’s a big part of the article.

It's more than fair to criticize Douglas for how he's handled the QB position, the OL. and pro free agency.

It's what led to the article. Rodgers, Saleh, and Douglas all refuted Russini's report that Zach refused to play after benching.

Rodgers, like the asshole that he is, called her out on McAfee.

Tim Boyle was also released a day after the Zach Wilson refusal story came out.
