It’s eerie how much Warner’s 1999-2002 is like if Tom’s 2007-2011 happened but the team didn’t have his 2001-2006, and he instead was seen as a late round pick who simply caught lightning in a bottle late in his career, and the team wasn’t quite as loyal to him after an injury at age 31 as a result

 

I think Brady just enjoys tormenting people. He is going to walk into the booth and be the goat and flex on us.

i am also absolutely thrilled for Burkhardt. what a career opportunity for him. from giving field reports to the mets broadcasting booth to (eventually) calling super bowls with tom brady. the glow up is insane.

Olsen has kinda hinted at coaching. I wonder if this provides an opportunity to do so. Or if the booth money will just be too much to walk away from.

 

I'm fairly confident Tom Brady is not going to be good as an announcer.

 

I think he could be good but at the same time Olsen is already really good so it sucks to see him essentially demoted for Brady
