I usually do about 10-15 anything more I’m leaving a puddle of fucking sweat and idk it weirds me out when people get up and have outlines of sweat where they sat, so I try not to go too crazy

theres a few dudes who are in there when i go after work and theyre always talking about how theyre in there for 40 minutes and i just cannot fathom that.
