Is it possibly right? Sure. But I see it as extremely lazy. Tepper sucks and has been a moron. So he’s an easy target. Easy enough that people can cook up any take and make people go with it.

But a guy suddenly becoming the front runner for a HC job right after someone he’s worked with for 7-8 years becomes a GM….to me sounds like he was favored by the GM.
