Not the same vein tone wise but Until Dawn and The Quarry are both narrative based games where your actions and dialogue choices affect the story outcome and the main action controls are QTEs.

 

they released a remastered THPS 1 & 2 a year or two ago, FYI

Currently playing through Final Fantasy 7 Remake for the first time. It took me a bit to get timing right for character switching in combat but I'm really enjoying it.

 

The Quarry was dumb slasher fun

I’m also a David Arquette stan so that also added to my enjoyment

 

I accidentally let the Quarry sit too long in my library when it was free on PSN for a while... by the time I wanted to play it was no longer free :(

 

Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth gonna take up all my time until FF7 Rebirth

I haven't played God Of War and frankly if you're buying a PS5 I'm assuming you know about Spider-Man haha

Spider-Man is very good though. I just can't classify what GOW is since I haven't played it

 

I'm trying so hard to commit to Spider-Man 2, but having a four year old trying to rip the controller out of my hand the whole time makes it tough.
