I'll be honest. I cant think of a single reason why someone would want to coach the Panthers. Not trying to be mean but what is the allure?

Typically it's a multi-year contract fully guaranteed so when you get fired in week 8 you can lounge for 2.5 years

Also Bryce Young isn't like doomed or anything, yeah there's flaws there but he did good for reasons beyond Nick Saban, he's not AJ McCarron or some shit, it's possible to assemble an offense that works for him

There’s a list of guys I like for the HC job and most of them are for different reasons. Vrabel is a name on the list.

The front office restructuring is being sold as a “culture shift” - which is clearly much needed. I’ve made fun of Vrabel for being a culture guy his entire tenure with Tennessee. I even became a fake Titans fan because of it. But over time, I started to embrace it. And now I’m a big Vrabel fan lol

Hiring an offensive wiz-kid makes a lot of sense because of Bryce. But I don’t think going the #Culture route is a bad idea either. The vibes have been rock bottom.
