Sad to see I missed the landlord security deposit conversation, but you see, the trick is to absolutely destroy the place well past your one months rent value. If they're gonna steal your deposit, make it suck for them.

I've never done this because I am a good Tennant

 

I had a decent landlord who lived out in the country and didn’t know how much the house they owned in the city was worth, they they only charged $500 a month for a 3-bedroom house. They were also annoying as all get out and cut every corner they could with things. So still not good.

 

Yes, some jerseys look better with some other clothes so I switch it up

 

I had a couple decent non-complex landlords. The last one was like..super into it? Like it was his grandfather's house so he liked taking care of it so as long as you told him quickly about a problem it was resolved quickly for free

 

Bowers is my favorite UGA player ever so I'm getting his jersey no matter what (except the Titans). My only non-Jags jersey is Burrow. If Nolan Smith pans out I'll buy his too maybe. Also depends on who the Jags take cause I'm not buying a bunch of jerseys. If we get a player I love then I'm just going the Jags jersey.

 

my apartment just changed ownership so while that sucks, it's extremely convenient for us because we should be able to just break lease whenever because they're raising the rent by like $350.

 

I would never own a jersey from another team regardless how much I may like a player

 

Im not a jersey guy. The state or the apparel.

 

jerseys are fun in theory but i literally never wear them outside of going to the games. Exceptions would be like, on opening day everyone wears their mets and yankees jerseys to work, and sometimes ill throw a football jersey on if im going out on a sunday to watch the games.

I used a wired Arctis before I got my desk mic and liked it a lot, I might just get another one

Speaking of summer camp. Did anyone ever watch bug juice on Disney? That show made me want to go to summer camp but its illegal to have summer camps in Iowa.
