How is a coach not hiring his preferred coordinators?

Nielsen runs multiple and his base is personnel based so very curious to see what he thinks

 

Agree with Matt about Gerhart. Julius Thomas is probably up there too.

 

Haynesworth was pretty bad for the Commanders lol

 

im sure there have been worse but in recent memory kenny golladay comes to mind for the giants

for Miami its either Jake Grove or Will Fuller. Hard to say Fuller since it was a 1 year deal, but what a disaster it was

 

best though was when they signed Johnathan Joseph & Daniel Manning over Nnamdi Asomugha

 

Antonio Bryant never played a down for Cincy after signing a big deal circa 2009

 

I will never forget the legend that was Will Fuller

 

Sad Cincy let J-Jo go, him and Leon Hall were great. And Manning was one of the like, 3 players from the tiny Christian D-2 private university I went to, so we always cheered for him

 

I just remembered Brent Grimes existed

Connor Barwin was one that stands out, he would literally ride his bike to Reliant every practice, just a cool dude

then he went to Philly and balled out

Those Marvin Lewis teams kept signing old washed LBs like AJ Hawk and Karlos Dansby that did absolutely nothing

 

Thomas I understand the logic of. It was bad but I get what they were going for. Gerhart I could not and still cannot fathom. Jared Odrick was pretty bad too.
