2x MVP Lamar Jackson got passed up by all 31 teams who had a first round pick including the one that eventually did draft him with their second pick, and then had to fight like hell to get an extension

Tomlin said in his last press conference that he’ll be looking at and outside hire for OC, and that he wants to look at people who have been OCs before. Hopefully this doesn’t mean some ancient retread. But I’m not totally sure who that even leaves on the table.
