Great visuals / aesthetic, but man did cars have shitty suspensions and way too much weight back then. Driveability is #1 for me.

A beat up $10k Nissan 240SX from 1994 would smoke an old Camaro on a track just cause the Camaro can’t handle its weight around turns lol. Wheels slidin sideways, car taking forever to lean it’s G forces in the right direction, etc

i care far more about the aesthetic than the driving.

 

Like, a Shelby Cobra can smoke a Lamborghini or a Dodge Viper or whatever in a quarter mile drag race, insane acceleration etc, but I would be terrified to try to toss that tractionless 4000 pound thing around corners aggressively trying to win a race

(which is also true of Lambos and Vipers, to be fair lol)

 

The snow turned into thick ice since Saturday here in Portland

In total, my 3 day weekend will turn into 9 1/2 days without having to drive to work

haven’t had papa shaqs in years but I’d probably agree with this, domino’s wins just based on price alone. it’s so cheap and pizza but is expensive as fuck.

I get the occasional Dominos admittedly. Mostly due to there not being any great pizza out where I am unless I feel like going into SF and I'm lazy and don't care enough.
