Starting to lean the opposite, sounds like the Chargers are interviewing GM canidates that are either linked to John Harbaugh or guys that Jim is familiar with. Who his GM will be is probably the biggest question mark I had about him going to the NFL so having someone who is familiar with either of the Harbaughs makes sense if you are trying to court him.

Couple that with he is trying to have his new Michigan contract not kick in until February 15 with its bigger buyout seems kind of tipping his hand.
