I had to stop shopping at giant eagle/market district. It’s so fucking expensive. I’m an aldis and shop n save guy now.

Just watched Chiefs / Dolphins.

1) damn the Chiefs just KEEP DOING IT and developing young talent. Rashee Rice, George Karlaftis, Trent McDuffie, Isaiah Pacheco all had sick games and absolutely contributed to KC’s dominant performance.

2) starting to get annoyed at Mahomes getting any call he ever whines about the same way Brady did. Ugh. Especially that early 4th quarter roughing the passer on Christian Wilkins when A) it was 3rd and 20 and the game was still in reach for Miami B) Pat barely got pushed down right after he threw, while another Dolphins player got clearly held and it didn’t get called. At the LEAST that’s offsetting penalties and preferably it’s 4th and 20 and Dolphins have a chance to return a punt. Total backbreaker when being down 12 points in a freezing cold away game is already eating away at the team’s morale.

3) Tua’s not good in the cold. He did not look comfortable or confident the entire game. Even the TD to Hill was thrown very underneath and Hill adjusted.

4) Mike McDaniel panics when he can’t run and he can’t get chunk yards from lateral passes. As much as Miami was a great vertical offense all of that was set up by forcing defenses to play laterally first. Spagnuolo coached some extremely good gap discipline into that KC defense to where they can avoid getting outflanked without shading extra resources toward the sidelines, and that was as much of a reason why they won as Mahomes / Pacheco.

5) honestly Mahomes scrambles look easy like they left him wide open but the reason why is his timing. He’s extremely smart about when to dance in the pocket and when to just take the fuck off and get upfield. The decisiveness there is really impressive and he somehow both judges the pocket but also the coverage to determine if he has space to run, it always feels calculated rather than a random impulse

 

Oh and

6) Liam Eichenberg is a turnstile and it undermines how good Robert Hunt is because all teams have to do is call crossing / stunt rushes and the minute Hunt correctly passes a defender off to Liam it very quickly turns into disaster

 

My wife is now trading stories with my grandmothers nurse. I'm astounded that they haven't orchestrated the most violent strike in world history until they're paid with a blank check.

Is the second part referring to the feeling of 50+ ants biting you when you disrupt an ant hill?

Or to the visual of hundreds of ants all coming out of a hole at once?

 

Both are equally terrifying for different reasons

 

yea i think im gonna give aldis a shot as theres one on the way home from work.

not a fan of shop and save though. they dont live up to the name at all ime and their hummus selection is SAD. i also had a short stint as an inventory auditor and had to do them sometimes so i never want to step foot in one again

I think I went to Lowe’s like 4 times when installing our new dishwasher a few months ago, so annoying

 

of all the injuries, losing Connor Williams I think was what ultimately derailed the season. He was playing at an All Pro level. Liam has gotten a TON better, but that still isnt good enough for a timing offense.

 

yeah shop n save also sucks but it’s still cheaper than giant eagle. I love giant eagle but it’s fucking insane how expensive they are. Also walking into any shop n save feels like walking into 1994.

This site breaks my brain sometimes. Someone legit thinking season 2 of true detective is better than season 3 should be enough for a perma ban.
