No salary cap is lame. It’s not that hard to stay under the cap in Madden haha

 

We usually play with no injuries though, and that’s because Madden always disproportionately injures your best players - even if you turn injuries down it’ll just ONLY injure the players you need / want to develop most which is always a bummer

 

I cannot, I’m good conscience, buy another Madden game. I am going to invest way too much time and energy into it just to have a bad time

 

Im very over playing franchise mode against Madden AI cause all the same bullshit happens in every Madden & it’s never gonna change

but I would play again for a head to head franchise league

I’ve never gotten the chance to test out my defensive prowess against y’all. Although I was really annoyed that they nerfed user INTs in the last madden I played, like the game would literally delay my reaction to the ball or the catch animation would just glitch up and not work even if I timed it right on my controller

 

I have zero desire to run a cable throughout the length of my house, nor do I want to drill a hole in the floor/wall to run it through the basement or outside. I'd rather just play politely by myself haha

I think I’m a fun challenge to play in Madden. Most madden players put a heavy focus on offense and scoring points, I would add another variable to a user-league because I’m much better at defense than the AI / most madden players

people who are offensively good, often have to break their play calling routines and play outside of their comfort zone when they play me, cause I know how to make adjustments and user-stop stuff that usually works for them against the AI

 

funny part is I think he has me blocked rn lol. He might not even know that I just told everyone his birthday :)

 

The last Madden league I was in ended up just being a bad time. My wifi was bad so it would cause lags, but I'd still win because #builtdifferent and my friend would just have these ginormous tantrums. Like literally had a meltdown because I didn't know there was a chew clock option and he thought I was trying to run the score up by calling HB Dive 400 times lol
