It depends on how they want to structure it. Do they want a GM who’s running the show, or a coach who’s running the show and a GM whose job it is to find and acquire the players the coach wants/needs.

They’re def gonna hire a GM.

Dude that reminds me they’re opening a totally gluten free arepas restaurant right next door to Soundgarden, the epic record store in my neighborhood of Baltimore. I wanna say I cant wait but my wallet can lol.

Arepas and a record store that carries hundreds of my favorite albums at any given time! That’s an easy way to accidentally spend $50 when I wanted to spend $10, and to spend $100 when I wanted to spend $50 lol

Has it been ruined in terms of, people who used to just live off the land now pay $3000 in rent, yes. I will acknowledge that’s one way of looking at it that’s terrible.

But it hasn’t been turned to a shell of itself the way that some carribbean islands have

Devastating for sure. It was only one town in Maui that got destroyed but it did get absolutely destroyed and that is really sad.

 

People forget that Hawaii is like 8 islands and Oahu is the only one that even has a legit city on it

Yes, but 80% of the land is still untouched jungle / volcanic plateaus and 90% of the beaches are still never ever crowded

Being so isolated and so expensive to get to definitely helps most of it stay pristine.

Southern Oahu and central Maui is capitalized and ruined (and that’s where most the tourists go cause those are the only spots there’s even bars that are open past 9pm)… but not much else
