Bill in Atlanta could easily be a playoff team because they have already drafted young talented skill players on the offensive side of the ball and he can come in and coach them up while also building up that defense (since that is where he excels). Bring in Bill and a bridge QB in Russ or even Fields (I forgot about Cousins per Dave's comment below so add him here) and I think that team is already the favorite in that gross division.

Meanwhile ... I feel like over here in NE we're stuck in a rebuild with the putrid roster (offensively) he built

I imagine Herbert’s numbers are better but idk his win/loss record can’t be. How does he escape the criticism but Trevor, who has done more, gets blasted? Not saying either aren’t worthy of it but Herbert is talked about like he’s way above Trevor and I don’t know what he’s done to earn that.
