Outside of being a shit person, what insight does Aaron Rodgers have to share on actually successful people leaving their job?

Ballard had his end of season press conference today and the thing that stood out to me is that he seems to really really like Jaylon Jones (which is cool because he was good and hopefully only gets better from here)

either it’s a smokescreen or CB to IND with their first rounder isn’t as much of a foregone conclusion as I may have thought

I like when I see clips of McAfee talk up Stroud and Houston, but outside of that I never watch that shit

I would be stunned if they were gonna get a big meaningful return for him like a 1st or something, so I can see it being more worthwhile to Kraft to try and have this be as amicable as possible.

i can’t think of a worse use of draft capital than trading for a head coach

especially when you’re adding someone who will just get fired if you or someone else don’t trade for him
