I just can’t see how firing Belichick and replacing him with a linebackers coach in the same system is the refresh needed for this team.

My dream of an offensive minded modern day NFL mind as HC is out so I’ll take Vrabel. It’s just … not my first choice. Whoever they bring in as GM really is the key cause replacing Bill as GM was really the need

I thought Arthur Smith did a good job in Tennessee as the OC. My biggest issue with his tenure as the Falcons HC is how much of a smug asshole he was to reporters and how he and the team handled the QB situation there
