Proud of the energy demonstrated by this clip, my band is just getting started and we already lock in pretty good on the rhythmic details.

I need to get into better “show shape” though lol, kinda like getting in football shape. It’s a lot of cardio. I still move on stage like I used to but I was absolutely a little out of breath for that blues/soul run I sang at the end & didn’t nail it as smooth as I’d like. Lol. Doing all the “live energy” shit but still breathing enough to sing clean is the hardest part.
