I'd love to have Harbaugh as a coach. The weirdo is a proven winner

    The rivalry is back on

It feels great to be in an offseason and not be looking for a QB or a head coach and possibly not even a coordinator

I need my coach to have energy somewhere between Jason Garrett and Jim Harbaugh. I can't have my coach clapping when we fuck up but I also don't want him to have the exact same reaction as me (or worse) when we fuck up.

It feels incredibly odd to be in an offseason and to be looking for a QB and a Head Coach and all new coordinators lol

the flip side is, the last times this happened were:
2019 - Luck retired in the preseason
2017 - Luck had a shoulder injury that nagged and actually was a season ender

so maybe we should have fired someone to get rid of this negative energy

that 2020 team with peak Darius Leonard and Indy OL, rookie Pittman and JT, etc could have been real special if Luck was around

Seems at this point it’ll be Vrabel which isn't my favorite choice, but I think Vrabel is a good coach and it is better than Mayo.

The offense needs a total overhaul & rebuild and I just hope Vrabel can build a modern offensive scheme for it. A defensive minded HC with a run first scheme isn't really encouraging nor what I want based off the state of the league. I'll give Vrabel some benefit of the doubt since he had Derrick Henry and awful QB's the entire tenure, so at that point what else would you do? I just get nervous because if the offense improves and does well, that OC is out the door. Which makes me fearful they'll bring in or keep O'Brien, McDaniels, Smith aka guys nobody wants lol

Whoever they bring in for GM to make key player personnel decisions is really trending to be the big decision
