He’s at level 15. That’s gonna be the first evolution I allow. I usually don’t evolve most right away because they learn moves faster

Idk if he’s overrated. His clearly an upper echelon pokemon in the 151 group and is worth the work. Especially if you didn’t start with Squirtle and need a water type.
