I've started to save for my next car so that I can give my current car to my son when the time comes (5 years away but hey cars are really expensive), and I have no idea what to get so I'll probably just get the same thing but it'd also be fun to splurge so idk

I have a 2013 Honda Civic with about 70,000 miles. Gonna be driving this bad boy for as long as possible. I do not care about cars. As long as it gets me where I need to go. Not having a car payment rules.

 

I paid for my last 3 cars with cash like a drug dealer

 

he bought a Lancer prop from a fast and the furious auction

 

(Not actual cash, I did a down payment and then paid off the whole car in the first month)

 

a guy I work with did that recently and he bought a Chrysler 300 and I was like dude that's literally what Walter White bought with his drug money

 

2017 Chevy Traz for $13,000 isn’t too bad. 60,000 miles.

my first car that wasnt my parent's ford taurus was a 2000 chevy blazer. i fuckin loved that truck.

 

My wife bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra with like 10k miles on it. It now has 21k on it. She never drives. It’s paid off. It’ll last forever

OH SHIT my first car was a 98 Chevy blazer

It didn’t go in reverse the last like 5-6 months I had it

 

A nearby politician told me that child is a real baby and is allowed to use a gun

 

1992 or 1993 Ford Escort - parents bought this but it couldn't have been more than $700
1997 Dodge Intrepid - piece of shit that I paid $350 for
2008 Chevy HHR - truly loved this thing, got it with about 120k miles, drove it til 212k
2019 Ford EcoSport - the worst financial decision I've ever made, did no negotiating, got screwed for sure, car is fine though

 

my parents owned a 2000 Ford Taurus and a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I drove both of those on and off before and inbetween vehicles of my own. I had the 2000 chavy blazer and then in 2009 got an '06 jeep commander, and had that until 2018 when I got the '19 Crosstrek. I drove the jeep to the Subaru dealership in Troy, NY and im pretty sure that was the last time that jeep ever drove.

 

GMC Sierra x2 - idk what year they were, they were my dad's
2002 Ford Focus - This thing sucked but I got by with it, eventually started catching on fire every couple of miles so I replaced it before I had a baby
2013 Hyundai Sonata - Lasted a while and was pretty good but a decent amount of annoying recalls, a victim of a road sign on George Bush Turnpike being run over by the car in front of me
2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid - My current car and I love it
