Well they're a few good defensive plays away from 9-7 and making the playoffs despite having one of the lowest rated rosters in the league entering the season. Sounds like some solid work from McVay.

 

Getting that team to the playoffs would be amazing work by McVay. That team was dead to rights by going all in on a Super Bowl, and they’ve rebounded in a great way. Don’t know how that’s not good!
