You're not wrong but I'm surprised I didn't gain anything from going to Disney or the holiday and drinking a lot more than prior.

 

I need to start losing weight. Had my physical today and the doc is making me take a sleep apnea test.

right now it's been bigger plate: half chow mein/friend rice, 2 sides honey sesame, 1 side of orange chicken

sometimes I worry about my figure and switch the orange for teriyaki chicken

I actually wonder if my doctor is still going? I had to choose a new one like 5 years ago and all the available options didn't have good reviews so I figured to choose the 80 year old guy, he'd then retire, and then maybe I'd have some better options next time.
