Ya’ll ready for some crazy corporate hijinx?

My coworker quit her job the Saturday after Thanksgiving because a meeting got cancelled. The meeting was one she demanded with her boss, our CMO, and HR to discuss why she hasn’t been made a director yet. She doesn’t have a new job lined up, and she quit by emailing the CEO directly, not her boss or HR lol.

 

To add some context: No, she does not in any way deserve to be a director. She’s awful at her job, and brags she lets ChatGPT do a lot of her work. She also has no one to direct since her one direct report begged to be switched to a different team due to some pretty toxic bullshit.
