So I threw out my back today taking off a shoe. Then later I was throwing trash away and my back gave out, I collapsed to the floor, and couldn't get up. My wife and son weren't home so I was on the floor until they got back. Then it took 45 mins to get me up and into bed. And here I lie. A broken body at 35.

 

That really sucks dude, I’m sorry that happened to you and I hope you recover soon. Truly am worried if I’m heading in that direction myself

I pulled a muscle in my neck yesterday just combing my hair, it wasn’t as bad as this but it has definitely thrown off my entire Sunday.

 

Did you at least have your phone on you? There are definitely some days where I would kill to have 45 minutes to lay down and scroll. #glasshalffull
