It’s more asking him to not GM anymore for having a much longer run of tough luck covered by Brady, and him refusing to just be a coach.

 

If he was willing to let a GM come in and remove himself from the talent evaluation process I’d let him coach forever.

Bill the coach is still fine to me, but it’s Bill the GM who’s time has come and needs to go.

And unfortunately I can’t see him ever agreeing to have a GM come in and take over real control with him there.

Yes the history was excellent. All the great coaches have it. But they all slow down at the end and for Bill once a certain player left … all the flaws have been showcased.

 

I don’t even really necessarily disagree — 3 of the past 4 years are Not It or are trending in that direction, we’re past the point where you can just scapegoat the OC again, and Bill holds both positions that get changed when things grow stagnant or are declining

more that it’s wild that it’s an actual conversation that arguably the greatest HC of all time might be leaving next year, and it’s not because he retired or decided to leave. Feels like he’s one of the few who have put enough on paper to control their destinies for the remainder of their career after what he did for that franchise. Similar type feeling as when the Colts dumped Peyton — it made sense, but still wild that the COLTS (who were absolute ass and a half before the Manning era) dumped PEYTON MANNING and not the opposite

 

i could be way off but it seems way more likely BB would leave than it does he would get fired?

Our nanny just told us that her 1 year old daughter and husband tested positive (and our 1 year old was with them all day yesterday), so I’m bracing for our bout with it
