are you taking shots at Iron City Light?

 

So the weird thing about the Patriots roster is most of the guys who are under contract for next year have a lot of dead cap if you cut them. So there's gonna be some guys who are remaining on the roster who probably shouldn't. Of the pending free agents, the only i'd really care to bring back are:

Kyle Dugger
Hunter Henry (On a mid-tier deal, if he wants real money again, no thanks.)

Trent Brown
Mike Onwenu
Josh Uche
Mike Gesicki

are notable free agents that can walk.

Bringing Dugger and Henry back probably leaves the pats with like...85 million in cap space too, as well as a top-5 pick as of now.

 

Gesicki makes me so mad lol.

All the logic pointed towards him. They like throwing to tight ends, Gesicki can't block, they use tight ends in the slot, Henry wasn't heavily targeted, logically you would assume Gesicki benefits. Nope now Henry gets targets and CarpetElf looks like a dum dum

 

It’s crazy what they’ve been able to do with no offense at all. I know Steelers fans have turned on him but Tomlin deserves a lot of credit for making the Browns and Ravens games ugly enough to win. I feel like the Steelers have been the worse team in every game and have somehow won more than they’ve lost

 

I’m just glad our offensive gameplan this week actually threw the ball down the field.

Of course Trevor was 9/10 on third down, not like I’ve BEEN saying we need to let him get into a rhythm or anything

 

And i am too lazy to look up actual metrics, but from a fantasy perspective Buffalo allowed the least points to QBs weeks 1-4. So hell yeah Trevor for putting up 300 yards

 

nothing to do with Buffalo defenders dropping like flies right

 

Their backups on the line were all 1st round talents and we lost two lineman on top of two already shaking

 

Doesn't seem like something I would do.

 

Wait who was the second lineman we lost, I only remember Walker

 

Tomlin def deserves credit but then offset that with him not firing Canada before the season or now and if he doesn't have the ability for whatever reason he better be in the owners office every day for an hour flipping desks and punching holes in the wall.

 

Tomlin keeps Canada around so he looks good by comparison

 

I won’t say “nothing”, Matt Milano is a very good player. But Bills defense also isn’t depleted without him and Jones.

They were down White, Benford, Rousseau, and Poyer too.

 

The fact the Bills didnt show up to London until Friday just blows my mind.

yeah seriously

 

Injuries are a valid reason. Bills complaining about the turf is not.

 

haven't seen those complaints yet

nevermind the Jags being the only team in the whole league that has played an international game, and dealt with that jet lag, every year since the NFL started doing England games

Kinda moot point to say “well the travel to London” when the game is against us

absolutely no way you can say that Jags DIDN'T have an advantage being there last week too

 

Well to be fair the turf complaints are directly because turf fields cause avoidable injuries far more frequently

 

in fact you can say that since the jags play there every year they're even MORE advantaged than other teams (of course, not sure how much roster turnover there's been year to year, especially since 2021)
