do you prefer the stair climber? serious cardio question

 

rn I do yeah, I’m dealing with a bit of plantar fasciitis so it is hella easier on my feet cardio wise.

but overall definitely running and being outdoors, but the stair climber is my go to in the gym

 

shit i just thought grant went to a hotel or something lol

 

damn maybe I should switch it up a bit

 

Who works out at a hotel?

 

idk who pays $40 a month to do something you can do for free at a hotel

 

Membership gyms seem intimidating

 

I just simply don’t work out and save the $40 that way.
