This company I thought ghosted me finally reached out and apologized for the radio silence and said they've been super busy.

Now to decide whether I wanna forgive them and interview. It is a position I'm more interested in that the other place and I know the salary range.

I had a similar experience with the job im at now. I interviewed and then barely heard from them for 2 months, i sent follow up emails every few weeks just so they knew i was still interested and then finally got the call. If you want it go for it.

 

True. This was only little over a week of no word.

Might as well give it a shot. Doesn't hurt.
