look I am not going to pretend that Herbert is bad or anything close to it, he is obviously a very good QB

however, it is very close to the same story every time with that team. Had a chance to go on a GW drive week 1, looked like a deer in headlights. Had a chance to go on a GW OT drive in week 2, looked like a deer in headlights. I think it is a fair criticism at this point.
