Like Wawa is just a really good convenience store when you want actually edible food with normal nutrition and not just to fuck up your body for the rest of the day

that’s valuable and the shit tastes good. Is it anything extraordinary, no, but the shit tastes good and they have healthy / vegetarian / vegan options that don’t taste stale af.

And the thing about Wawa is it doesn’t really have any imitators. We all go to gas station convenience stores sometimes and succumb to bad processed food because it’s quick on the way to something else. I don’t know of one other gas station convenience store that actually focuses on having a whole refrigerated island of fruit, veggie, cheese, hummus etc snacks where the fruit is still ripe and juicy and everything.

 

McDonald’s egg McMuffin has a real egg on it. It’s miles above anything at Dunkin which is worse than a frozen breakfast sandwich.
