good morning to all my fellow Lions fans

 

My sister in law is going through all chaos trying to buy out her lease. The lease ends next week. She has been calling the Honda dealership for weeks to come in and buy it out. Nothing. She goes there last week and they said: "we can't sell you this car because there might be something wrong with it. You must pay us $300 to look at it and fix it before we sell it to you"

Like wtf??? The car prob has 10k on it after 3 years.

 

yeah, Subaru did nottttttttttttttttttt want to sell me my lease. You have a lot of leverage as a lease holder because you have a good vehicle they can jack the price way the fuck up on. No offer they made me for a new car was even close to the price to simply buy out my 5 year old lease.

 

Ugh yeah I've heard its a nightmare because obviously they would rather take it back and re-sell it to someone else for current market price than your buyout price.

I've been leasing for about a 7-8 years various cars but never bought one out yet. I might buy out this current lease cause its a RAV4 and I love it
