Days fluctuate in length of time and then there's stuff like daylight savings time which is arbitrary, and then even if we did consider those things we could just agree to measure in a different metric to determine what time of day it is

So like if you counted 60 seconds from right now and said it's been 60 seconds it's a fact, but to label a certain time as a definitive time is a mass held opinion especially considering a rotation in respect to the sun isn't a true 24 hours, the 24h is just an average
